Navegando en la Web me encontré con un sitio de videos porno (SpankBang) el cual me pareció muy bueno, abrí mi cuenta y subí algunas fotos y videos míos. Hoy que entro al sitio me encuentro con que mi video denominado “Casting Vol. 1” https://la.spankbang.com/25rcq/video/casting+alondra+foxxx fue eliminado ya que se había generado una reclamación del propietario y titular de los derechos de autor, detalle: Yo soy la actriz en dicho video y fundadora de Erotic Films/ Erotic Video y por consiguiente la propietaria y titular de los derecho de autor.
Sé que muchos se han pirateado y tratado de adjudicar la autoría de los videos en los cuales tengo participación, con el objetivo de generar más tráfico hacia sus sitios Web o como publicidad que yo participo para ellos para aumentar su ranking, PERO NO ES ASI.
Yo única y exclusivamente participo en producciones de Erotic Films / Erotic Video y que pena que un sitio como «SpankBang», elimine mi video sin tan solo fijarse en mi perfil (Mi foto) y analizar que soy la autora y propietaria de dicho material audiovisual.
Surfing the Web I found a porn video site (SpankBang) which I thought was very good, I opened my account and uploaded some photos and videos of mine. Today that I enter the site I find that my video called «Casting Vol. 1» https://la.spankbang.com/25rcq/video/casting+alondra+foxxx was deleted as it had generated a claim from the owner and owner of the copyright, detail: I am the actress in said video and founder of Erotic Films / Erotic Video and therefore the owner and owner of the copyright.
I know that many have been pirated and tried to adjudicate the authorship of the videos in which I have participation, in order to generate more traffic to their websites or as advertising that I participate for them to increase their ranking, BUT IT IS NOT.
I only and exclusively participate in productions of Erotic Films / Erotic Video and what a pity that a site like «SpankBang», delete my video without just looking at my profile (My photo) and analyze that I am the author and owner of said audiovisual material .
